SHIPPING INFORMATION
WITHIN NEW ZEALAND
Packages are sent using Fastway Couriers. We will process your order as quickly as possible within standard business hours and processing may take 2 days at most. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcels journey, deliveries take place Monday – Friday. The courier should take 1-2 days for the North Island, 2-3 days for the South Island.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We proudly send our NZ sheepskins internationally. A certified letter stating our sheepskins have been tanned in a commercial manner will accompany your package.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 10 business days for delivery. This does not include the time that may be required for customs clearance. Three Sticks NZ has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. Any taxes, duty or other fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.
If by any chance you have not received your package within 3 weeks after your order was placed, please contact us immediately as we will follow up straight away.
As the sheepskin pelts are packaged up during shipping, they will need a good shake upon arrival and will take a small amount of time to fluff up again to their original state.

REFUND POLICY
Three Sticks NZ is committed to providing quality products to our customers.
We anticipate that you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not happy please contact us immediately at info@threesticksnz.com. We offer an exchange or a refund if required at our discretion.
